What does fully shipped mean

Breaking news: See More. Search this thread. I ordered a book on Sept 23rd. Get an email from Indigo on Sept 24th - "Fully Shipped: this order is now complete" and a tracking number. Go to the Canada Post website - tracking number is not recognized On Sept 26, two days later, the CP website finally says "Shipment received at originating postal facility Mississauga" So when Indigo emailed me that the item was shipped, they are lying - all that happened on the 24th is that Indigo generated electronic paperwork.

Nothing was actually shipped. Then it took them two days to get the item to the post office And CP provided an estimate of days to deliver that book to Cornwall. But with Amazon I would have had the book by now, nothing will happen over the weekend and then, if I'm lucky,I will get it next week or even the week after that. Pretty terrible - how do they expect to stay in business? Book outlet also does this as well. I ordered sandals from Eastbay and since I'm really paranoid about what I buy on the internet, I check up on it too see if i can track it once it has been shipped.

Well it has not let me track it yet and it gave me this when I went on to check. It means it's out of their hands in the hands of the shipper. They should be able to tell you when you'll receive them, probably in the next few days. To the poster above: no where did the poster say they never heard of them. Just because you haven't? Stop buying from companies you have never heard of before and give your money to the hard-working stores within your community.
