Best I can tell? The Neroli is slightly sharper, leaning more towards petitgrain with that bit of a green edge. The Orange Blossom is sweeter, like there's a touch of honey or maybe a touch of jasmine to it. I still don't think I'll be able to tell them apart in a fragrance formula, especially if that frag. Of the three, neroli is the most valuable. Production of neroli oil and orange blossom absolute concentrates are in Tunisia, Morocco, and Egypt. The Tunisian oil has the fresh floral note of orange flower and is reminiscent of freshly ironed linen. The Moroccan variety possesses the fresh floral sweetness of orange flower, but also has warm, green animal aspects. Egyptian neroli varieties are earthy, fresh, green and sharp.
