When do willow and kennedy get together

She had a hard enough time with angel and spike and they were pushovers. Buffy and Angel. Willow and Tara. Omg gross buffy and willow were like sisters. Buffy The Vampire Slayer came to an end 17 years ago in after airing for seven seasons.

It followed Buffy Summers, who finds out that she is the latest in a long line of women of Vampire Slayers and is called to fight against vampires and other forms of evil under the guidance of her Watcher — all while trying to live as normal a life as possible. Aside from breaking our shipper hearts to see Willow with anyone other than Tara, viewers may have felt that after her arc in season six, Willow deserved more than for her season seven arc to revolve around her love life.

Remember, season six had Willow struggling with a magic addiction, killing Warren, and almost destroying the world. Willow's relationship with Kennedy was not where fans expected the story to go for our favorite witch. The Kennedy character was predictably unpopular after Tara, who she was so different from, but maybe that was the point. Xander was Willow's best friend since they were both in foot pajamas together hanging out in his bed.

He knew her better than anybody, and no matter what was going on, he always cared about her and wanted her in his life. Willow could more or less be herself with Xander. Their relationship was a friendship first; her crush came second. In the word of Joss Whedon "Somebody just so cool that he would see how cool Willow was — even if she was wearing a big Eskimo outfit. Oz sees how cool Willow is just by being herself, and he respects her enough to turn down a kiss and later sex when Willow is offering but not ready.

He's also a major brain, just like our girl. All the things Willow is insecure about, Oz digs. Tara and Willow first bond over the fact that they are both witches, which is a huge part of Willow's life at this point.

They are also both a little shy and awkward, more comfortable in a classroom than at a party or on the battlefield. On the surface, different, but also a lot alike. Unlike Buffy or Xander who seems to base a lot of their romantic choices on sexual tension, Willow seems to choose partners with common interests which she can feel comfortable around.

She likes people who will value her as an equal and treat her with respect. She bases relationships on comfort, trust, and friendship. Xander was comfortable because the two had been friends for so long and knew each other so well.

Kennedy appeared in Season 7, one of many young women known as "potentials" who could become slayers like Buffy Summers. An out lesbian since she was five, she displayed an extreme amount of confidence, and took a shine to Willow who had previously been involved with the very shy and gentle Tara.

After Tara's passing, Willow found herself thinking about companionship again, and Kennedy made it known she was interested in a relationship. While they have their ups and downs due to Willow's magic usage in the final season, Season 5 of Angel revealed they were living happily ever after in Brazil.

Quite a few of the women in the series became attracted to R. Brooks, a quarterback for Sunnydale High. His father gifted him his letterman jacket, which turned out to be a magical artifact that any woman in the vicinity fall in love with him. His classmate Dawn was the first, but gradually Anya, Buffy, and Willow fell under the spell of the jacket. Willow became obsessed with R.

She even went so far as to summon Hecate to turn him into a woman, but Xander and Spike succeeded in preventing it. Willow disliked Angel even more than Spike because of the way she felt he manipulated Buffy's feelings, and feared his bestial side Angelus because of his propensity for violence and chaos.

However, Willow has a dark side as well, both in her alter-dimensional Vamp Willow persona, and her Dark Willow spellcaster persona. As Vamp Willow, she exhibited many of Angelus's behaviors, from wanton lust to a salacious appetite for violence. Death and Consequences, Part 1 Absent. Death and Consequences, Part 2 Absent.
